Patriot tennis beats Mount Olive

FLORENCE, SC – The nationally ranked Francis Marion University men’s and women’s tennis teams beat Mount Olive College in non-conference action, Thursday afternoon (Feb. 19) on the Kassab Courts.

The fifth-ranked FMU Men remained unbeaten with an 8-1 win over the 32nd-ranked Mount Olive Men, while the eighth-ranked Patriot Women cruised to a 9-0 victory, losing only 15 games during the match.

Both FMU squads will play at Peach Belt Conference foe Lander University on Saturday at 1 p.m. The Mount Olive Men will host East Carolina University on Friday at 2:30 p.m. and then both Mount Olive teams host Erskine College on Saturday.
