Cobra Baseball Rolls to Easy Win

Hartsville, S.C. - The Coker Baseball Team won with ease on Tuesday afternoon, as they defeated the St. Augustine's College Falcons, 19-2. The win evens the Cobras record at 6-6, while St. Augustine's falls to 0-3.

Michael Rogers (Florence, SC) (1-0) earned the win tossing two scoreless innings, allowing just one hit.

At the plate, Ellis Logeman (Suwanee, GA) was 4-for-7 with a double, three RBIs and a run scored, while Brian Luchsinger (Farmingville, NY) was 2-for-4 with a double, two RBIs and two runs scored. Trey Lynch (Florence, SC) and BK Harfst (Arvada, CO) each had two hits, an RBI and two runs scored.

Coker returns to action on Wednesday, when they host Paine College at 2:00 p.m.
