Sentencing for Union Mayor, City Employee Set

United States Attorney W. Walter Wilkins, stated today that sentencing in United States v. E. Bruce Morgan and Jeffrey B. Lawson; Cr. No. 7:08-720, has been scheduled for Wednesday, February 18, 2009, at 2:00 p.m., in the Spartanburg U.S. District Courthouse, 201 Magnolia Street, Spartanburg, SC. United States District Judge Henry F. Floyd will preside.
