FMU athletic event changes

FLORENCE, SC - Due to the recent extreme weather conditions in Florence, several sports events at Francis Marion University have been changed.

The FMU men’s baseball game against Millersville University (4-4) on Tuesday has been moved from a 7 p.m. start to a 3 p.m. first pitch.

The tennis matches between Francis Marion and Barton College set for Tuesday have been pushed back a day to Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. on FMU’s Kassab Courts.

Tuesday’s Peach Belt Conference women’s softball doubleheader between the fifth-ranked Patriots (12-3) and Lander University (8-10) will proceed as scheduled with a 1 p.m. start on Tuesday.
